Cancer Action is dedicated to reducing distress and promoting the well-being for those living with, through and beyond cancer in the 6-County, Kansas City area. The agency currently has two offices: the Kansas office is located in Overland Park, KS, and the Missouri office is located in Independence, MO. Cancer Action provides services that address the physical, emotional, social and financial needs of cancer patients. All Cancer Action services are free. Our caring staff and volunteers offer hope, compassion, comfort and help through every step of the cancer journey.
