ABOUT VIVIANE:
Viviane Wolfe is a certified clinical yoga therapist and 500-hour yoga teacher dedicated to supporting the well-being of Generation X women. She helps her clients navigate the challenges of midlife, including chronic illness, by blending evidence-based therapeutic yoga with mindfulness and breathwork. Her integrative approach focuses on hormone balance, mental health, and emotional resilience during this transitional period.
Viviane’s deep background in somatics and movement gives her a unique perspective on the mind-body connection, particularly for those managing chronic conditions. She draws from various disciplines, including trauma-informed yoga, Qi Gong, and the Bartenieff Fundamentals, to help women build emotional and physical resilience. Her training also includes Ayurvedic lifestyle design and nutrition, providing a holistic toolkit to address the specific needs of women in midlife and those living with chronic illness.
Currently pursuing her Master’s in Social Work, Viviane brings a comprehensive approach to healing that bridges yoga therapy and mental health support. Her studies focus on perimenopause, menopause, and emotional balance, giving her the expertise to support women through the physical and mental shifts that occur during this life stage. Viviane empowers her clients to cultivate a sense of well-being and navigate the complexities of chronic illness through movement, breathwork, and self-expression.
