2. Third-party business disclaimer: The Breast Cancer Club (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Discounts for products and services at Third-Party Businesses for user convenience only. Users acknowledge and agree that:
2.1 No Liability: We expressly disclaim any and all liability arising from user interactions with Third-Party Businesses accessed through our website. This includes but is not limited to: any products or services purchased from Third-Party Businesses; any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from Third-Party Business interactions; any financial transactions conducted with Third-Party Businesses; the quality, safety, or legality of Third-Party Business offerings; and the accuracy of Third-Party Business information or representations.
2.2 No Endorsement: Mention of Third-Party Businesses on our website does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or approval of such businesses. We make no representations or warranties regarding Third-Party Businesses. We do not verify, validate, or guarantee any aspects of Third-Party Businesses.
2.3 Independent Relationship: Third-Party Businesses are independent entities operating separately from us. We do not act as an agent, partner, or representative of any Third-Party Business. We have no control over Third-Party Business operations, policies, or practices.
2.4. User Acknowledgment: By accessing Third-Party Businesses through our website, users acknowledge and agree that they access Third-Party Businesses at their own risk. Any agreements made with Third-Party Businesses are solely between the user and that business. We are not a party to any transaction between users and Third-Party Businesses.

3. Modification and Termination: Participating Businesses reserve the right to terminate any Discount program; reject or cancel any Discount redemption that violates these Terms; and change Discount values, eligible products or services, or redemption requirements.
4. Usage restrictions: Discounts are non-transferable and cannot be sold or exchanged for cash. Use is limited to one Discount per customer per transaction unless otherwise specified. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated. Discounts are valid only for purchases meeting the minimum requirements specified on the Discount. Discount must be requested at time of purchase in the manner set forth by the Participating Business.
5. Restrictions and Limitations: Discounts are void where prohibited by law and are not valid on previous purchases or services. No cash back or credit will be issued for partial redemption. Certain products or services may be excluded from Discount offers. Tax and shipping charges may apply.
6. Fraud prevention: Reproduction, sale, or trade of Discounts is strictly prohibited.
Fraudulent or duplicate use of Discount will void the offer. Participating businesses reserve the right to reject Discounts and deny redemption if fraud is suspected.
7. Disclaimer: We make no warranties regarding the availability of products or servicesand are not responsible for any printing or technical errors related to Discounts. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions.All Discounts are subject to availability and while supplies last.
8. Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless The Breast Cancer Club, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers from and against all losses, expenses, damages, and costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any violation of these terms or any activity related to Third-Party Business interactions.
9. Governing Law: This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
10. Severability: If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this disclaimer shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
