GROCERY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

  1. ELIGIBILITY:  NO PURCHASE OR OTHER CONSIDERATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Open to legal residents of Kansas and Missouri who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry and members of The Breast Cancer Club. Officers and Directors of The Breast Cancer Club (“Sponsor”) and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. 
  2. PRIZE:  The Prize will consist of a ten percent (10%) discount on qualifying in-store purchases at one (1) participating retail location, valid from the first day of the month following the sweepstakes period through and including the last day of that month. The discount excludes alcohol, tobacco, and third-party services. The Prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and not redeemable for cash consideration or exchange. Participating stores are those on the list at https://ballsfoods.allianceretailgroup.com/locations.
  3. ENTRY:  The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM CT on the 1st of each month and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on the 15th of each month unless otherwise specified (“Entry Period”). To be entered in the Sweepstakes, Participants must write a post or comment on a post in any section of the Clubhouse of the Breast Cancer Club’s website at https://thebreastcancerclub.org. Each Participant will receive only one entry in the Sweepstakes. Multiple Participants are not permitted to share the same user name.
  4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:  One (1) potential Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Participants within two (2) days of the end of the Entry Period. Sponsor has the sole authority to determine the Prize Winner, and its decisions are final and binding. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible Participants. Upon selection, the tentative Prize Winner will be notified by email and must, within five (5) days, (a) acknowledge receipt; (b) provide required personal information (name, telephone number, and store selection); and (c) execute the Prize Acceptance Agreement. Participant must be able to receive an email from webmaster@thebreastcancerclub.org.
  5. WINNER VERIFICATION:  Potential Prize Winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. If a potential Prize Winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days of the first notification attempt, if prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if potential Prize Winner rejects their prize, or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Rules, such prize will be forfeited and an alternate Prize Winner may be selected from all remaining eligible Participants by random drawing.
  6. RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes and disclaims any liability for technical failures, late entries, network issues or computer malfunctions. Prize Winners hereby grant to the Sponsor a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use their entry, username and related content for promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter developed. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its related companies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
  7. SPONSOR:  This Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered by The Breast Cancer Club, Inc., a Kansas not-for-profit corporation, located at 7131 W. 135th Street, #1022, Overland Park, KS 66223.
  8. GOVERNING LAW:  All matters arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kansas without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. 
  9. Instagram is a registered trademark of Instagram, Inc. and Meta. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or in association with Instagram, and you hereby release Instagram and hold them and their affiliates harmless from any and all losses, damages, claims and actions of any kind arising from this Sweepstakes. Participant understands that you are providing your information to Sponsor, and not to Instagram or Meta. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Sweepstakes are to be directed to Sponsor, and not Instagram.
