Dr. Michael Farber
I highly recommend Dr. Michael Farber of Diagnostic Imaging Centers. He found my invasive lobular carcinoma at Stage 1, which is AMAZING because ILC is a sneaky cancer that is hard to find on mammogram. After he read my mammogram, he wanted an ultrasound, and when that was also suspicious he decided we needed to do a biopsy. When he said this, my brain shut down. All I could think of is that I was going to visit my daughter in a few days and I didn't have time for cancer! He was very patient with me, and he looked around in the schedule and made some phone calls to find the soonest date for the biopsy. He also asked if I wanted him to call my husband and explain everything to him, which I really appreciated. I am a fan!

I also recommend Dr. Farber and Diagnostic Imaging Centers. If you are more comfortable speaking with a female doctor, I have been very happy with Drs Harrison and McGee.The doctors ask you to wait after your mammogram to learn the results immediately. The doctors are caring and patient. The doctors will take the time to sit with you and answer any questions or concerns you may have.
