Dr. John Einck

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Einck at KU.  I was not a clear case because of my age and my Onco score were both “on the line” of determining what the best course of treatment would be.  !) Full breast, month long every day radiation or 2) partial breast 5 treatments.  I was surprised that there was not a 3rd option some place in between!  But after discussing my particular cancer (IDC stage 1 phase 1) we decided together that the less aggressive treatment was for me.  I underwent 5 rounds of radiation over 3 weeks and have been very comfortable and happy with my decision. Dr. Einck was very informative and supportive of me through the entire process.
